SHIPPING POLICY:

Make sure to double check your address BEFORE finalizing your order in checkout. If you shipped your order to the wrong address, there is nothing we can do to replace your order. To help avoid errors, you can make a site account so that your addresses can be stored for future purchases. (This also allows you a way to check on your order status) Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for any return to sender packages that must be sent back out to the buyer due to address error. Should the buyer not agree to pay the re-shipping fee when offered, the order will bee refunded minus the shipping that was already paid as package had been shipped and returned.

Note: All products have been inspected prior to being packaged and mailed. Once it is in the mail service's hands, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If your product ends up missing or damaged, please contact USPS here:  

International Orders:

Note: International Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered

First Class Shipping: There is no tracked shipping and you will not be able to submit a claim for a missing order. If this is a worry, please choose Priority shipping.

Priority Shipping: Allows order tracking and insurance on lost or damaged items. Quicker shipping, but a little more expensive.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost/misdelivered/stolen packages . If your package was lost, please contact us at casstheticplans@yahoo.com so that we may assist you in trying to locate your package. Also contact https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ for further assistance.

 

REFUND POLICY:

We do not accept any returns or refunds, all sales are FINAL. Please check your order before placing it. Any shipping damages or mishandling, please contact https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/
