Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship. The estimated delivery date at checkout does not include the processing/fulfilment times.
We are NOT responsible for damaged items in the mail. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you will file a claim with USPS. Please email us if you need help with this claim. If your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing, please email casstheticplans@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damages.
We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure you verify your address before checkout. If you entered the wrong address, please email casstheticplans@yahoo.com. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it so you can reorder. If it has already shipped, we are not able to change the address or cancel the order.
If you have a package marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please reach out to your post office and ask for the GPS location of delivery. If it was proven to have been delivered to the wrong address, we can initiate a claim through USPS for a refund and resend out your products.
